1. Preparing your poster using the template that can be downloaded from here.


2. Print your poster before the conference and bring it to the registration desk.


3. The poster session will take place in Kingsmills Suite of the conference hotel, on 15 August 2016 Monday 18:30-19:30 during the welcome reception.


4. During the poster session the researcher in attendance answers questions posed by passing colleagues. The best poster presentation at the poster session will be selected by the Conference Scientific Committee for the Best Poster Award.


5. The award winner will be announced during the lunch banquet on 18 August 2016 Thursday.
