Social Programme of Activities

Welcome to Scotland - home to the best whisky, the best food and the highest concentration of castles in the UK.

Scotland is justifiably famous for its hospitality so why not completes your visit by taking in some of the sights and truly Scottish experiences. The social programme will offer a unique insight into the history and culture of the region.

On the afternoon of July 9th 2014, delegates will be visit the Glamis Castle

In the evening, the conference dinner will take place at Mercure Aberdeen Ardoe House Hotel.

Conference dress code and presentation format

Dress Code

All conference attendees are expected to wear business casual attire for the duration of the conference.

Presentation Format

The Presentation format is PowerPoint slides. Each speaker should bring their presentation file on a USB flash drive. PC laptops, clickers, projectors and projector screens will be provided in each room. The laptops use Office 2013 and Windows 8.

If a presentation requires audio equipment, the speaker must notify us as soon as possible at [email protected]
