Five-month International Events and Conferecne Helper

Positions: Conference Adviser
Start/End dates: 15th March 2018 - 15th August 2018
Work days: Monday - Friday
Working hours: 20-30 hours per week, weekend work needs to be agreed with line manager.
Location: 2 Charlestown Walk, Cove, Aberdeen, Ab12 3ez

Qualitifications:

  • Work experience in an administrative role
  • Experience of providing a customer focused service
  • Good phone, writing and bookkeeping skills
  • A full UK driving licence

Responsibilities:

  • To work closely with the conference chair and director on promoting the Energy8 and 1st International Symposium on Energy Challenge and Mechanics in June to August 2018;
  • To work with the director of NSCJ and outside design agencies to co-ordinate the design, production and distribution of print and online materials for the promotion of programmes and events;
  • To act as an ambassador for the NSCJ in all dealings with external bodies;
  • All other duality will be signed by the line manager.

Who can apply the job above?

Anyone has trained in hospitality and tourism management, business administration, marketing, or experience related to international events and conference management.
